Im interested in getting some LOADpro test leads to compliment my multimeter...ive seen the youtube videos of what its capable of and all the PowerProbe comparisons.
Dont get me wrong, i love my PowerProbe, and couldnt go w/out it, but i have the PowerProbe III w/ the voltmeter on it, and according to these videos LOADpro put out trying to hurt PP3's reputation, its voltmeter is a joke, doesnt show true ground, etc...Shouldve just got a PP2.
Anyhow, i get about a 55-65% discount off Snap-On products while enrolled in automotive program at school. I graduate in less than 2 months, getting everything i can, and i noticed they have a BluePoint LOADpro available for $77.60, part # EECT180.
This seems to be the same thing as Electronic Specialties LOADpro, but i was wondering if anyone is familiar with it. I could get this for a lot cheaper, but instead of red, it'd be blue w/ Bluepoint logo on it. From my experience, lots of Bluepoint tools i own are direct ripoffs of popular tools that Snap-On doesnt have patents for, wondering if anyone has seen it, or knows if its equal to LOADpro or inferior or anything like that.
