Not finding info with a search for bolt grades, What is google?? Where is this thread going??
So,I guess bolts have to learn now, I thought a 4.0 GPA was very good they are talking grade 8 and more.

why do you need to know?
A friend of mine who transport cars with his F350 put an air suspension system on it. When he bolted the brackets with grade 8 they would break when he was carrying a substantial load. This led me to wonder about bolts strengths and classifications.

If you are serious...Google is a search engine (www.google.com) Personally I like to use www.ixquick.com for searches as it automatically opens up in a new window, and it has directs to more finds and less advertisements.
