I bought a Bonney T35 at the flea this morning. Also stamped PWA 1394 for Pratt-Whitney Aircraft. Got home and checked AA and there it is. But I cannot tell from the pictures if it had an oiler in the hole in the head, like an old Craftsman.
Did a google search and I am back here. Strange if it originally had an open hole, and more strange because the word "oil" is stamped on the back plate. More strange because I saw a beat up 1/2" version and it also had an empty hole in the head. But it is commom with Craftsman for the oilers to come out.
The last picture is my Craftsman boxhead on the right with an oiler.
Is there supposed to be an oiler in that hole. If so I would like to see a picture so I can try to match it.
