After getting frustrated being unable to fit my ratchet into some tight spots I decided it was time to break down and pick up some ratcheting wrenches. I'm a DIY guy who already has more tools than he needs already so I was looking to spend as little as possible.
After looking at everything from Matco (HOLY **** THOSE PRICES) to Harbor Freight (WTF THOSE COLORS) I finally opted to get a set of Tektons. Aside from the price the determining factor was that I've read about their fantastic customer service. If one breaks it won't be as convenient as going to Home Despot, but I know they'll make it right.
Anyway, boring story, but I wanted to support a company that really strives to have really good customer relations and it's obvious they're working hard to develop good tools at budget pricing. And they're based in the US, which doesn't hurt.
