Broken Gearwrench...

So I've got one of the 1/4" gearwrench pass-thru socket sets that I've been using for a number of years, and it's evolved into my favorite all-purpose quick-grab socket set. To my dismay a week ago or so, the ratchet locked up, the mechanism is stuck/jammed/broken. I can't seem to get it loose, and it's a sealed ratchet, so no way to take it apart for inspection.

Does Gearwrench have a lifetime warranty? I think I probably ordered this originally through Amazon, but can't really remember. How would I get this fixed, or is it just junk now?

Thanks,
Adam

Has a lifetime warranty. Either warranty it through gearwrench directly, or go to sears.

Sears do not carry those loose, so they can set up the warranty for you. But you still will need to wait for gearwrench to ship it to you.
