Bryant 90plus code 34 no ignitor glow

Ok i have made myself pretty familiar with this furnace the last few days.
Exhibits normal startup and function all except for no Ignitor glow. Then goes into code 34- failure to prove flame. and eventually code 14- lockout.

THE IGNITOR IS NEW. Replaced by me yesterday.
Flame sensor has been cleaned.
Burner was dissasembled and cleaned.
Airflow from inducer motor was tested and found to be good. Also smell of natural gas is present in exhaust at startup so gas valve seems to be working properly.

I just can not figure out why the damn ignitor wont glow... Background. It did function 2 days ago sporadically with a cracked ignitor. Last time ran properly for a full cycle then have had problems since. Is it possible the NEW ignitor i purchased and installed is defective? HELP!!

Bad ignition control... Did you check to see if you get voltage to the ignitor at the proper time??? Check that you have continuity throught the new ignitor???

Ignitors are very fragile, the ones I used on gas ovens and gas dryers would be bad if the package was dropped. I always carried extra for that reason. I would check for voltage at the ignitor sb 120 on most that I have seen. If you have voltage then you have a bad ignitor. Also look on board for burning from bad connections on the 120 volt parts of the board, relays etc could be burned from the amps that the ignitor pulls in operation compared to the current the other components pull.

Going to do more testing tonight but just having trouble wrapping my head around it worked intermittantly. Then replaced with new and now WONT work.
