I would go for the Flex. Absolutely!

I used to work with a makita and some other polishers, but the Flex is just the best. It is as already said about the low vibrations and the power. It will keep the revs regardless of what you do. And that helps first tremdendously with cutting speed ( I polish whole cars that were sanded with 2000 paper ) but it also lowers the danger of burning through while lifting, because it doesn't get faster.

You will love the Flex

Wow! You got the Klasse AIO. That is probably my favorite. I don't do any polish job without that somewhere in the process.

Please let us know how it goes. I only have the PC.

My full line up consists of Menzerna products, but I bought a bottle of the AIO for a little sprucing up in between and for quick friend/family use (BOY that bottle looked bigger in the online pictures...:lol_hitti)...

I bought a flex for home / family use. I also bought a little 3" griots number, and I have had good success with them.

The first time I ever used a buffer of any kind was my flex on my moms black caddilac CTS. She took it to the wrong car wash weekly and its paint was one gigantic mess of swirling. I'd estimate my 1st time job, using pinnacle swirl remover & a pinnicle fine compound (i forget what it was called...) got out about 90% plus of the scratches. Keep in mind my ONLY experience before this point was reading about it online and youtube...

Get a flex. Used pro, used amateur. They have a ton of power, and I love mine.

Just wanted to bump this thread since I remember a few others being interested in the Flex. Autogeek.net brought back their no exceptions 15% off sale, for today only. Code MD15. Order up!

I've had the PC 7424 (not XP) for 10+ years. Based on the reviews here and the great sale (free ship, 15%) I just ordered the Flex with the kit bag and intro kit. Wife is out of town next weekend so I'll have three whole days to play with the new toy. Thanks for the tip fr0mastaj.

Glad to help... but just to save you from imminent disappointment, the Flex bag is not what I expected (made in germany and nice quality of course). It is made in China and i dont see the zippers lasting too long. But all in all, its still nice to have. I currently have the machine, 2 bottles, 9 CCS pads, and 8 bonnets in it - and still room for more.

I have a short question for the us owners of the Flex. Does it come with a 110/230V switch?

Regards
