Really depends on how heavy duty, and how easy you want the adjustment to be, coupled with your price point. Kinda like
Speed, Quality, Price, pick any 2, the third is fixed in an Equilateral Triangle.
I have an inexpensive set of trestle table legs, probably IKEA quality, something like this. $60
MITTBACK trestle, birch, 227/8x271/2/365/8" Mix and match your choice of table top and legs. By buying them separately, you can create a combination with design and size that fits perfectly into your available space. Solid wood is a durable natural material.

Definitely hits the inexpensive, and if you built your own, can be quite sturdy, but not easy to adjust, and when not in use, more of a PITA to store than a sawhorse. Can add weight to the platform for stability
At the other end of the spectrum, I have a 2nd hand powered height table, butcher block top, think it’s rated for #300#. Easy to adjust, really hard to store when not in use
Here is an industrial version, rated at 480#.
1 3/4" thick maple top with rounded edge. Table holds up to 450 lbs. 3 programmable heights. Push-button control. Powered by 2 quiet electric motors. 10 1/2' power cord. Workbench Accessories and Replacement Top available.
