C wire Reillo burner

I have a furnace/thermostat question for you. I want to install a Honeywell wifi thermostat in the house here. It requires a c wire for constant power.
The old thermostat is a basic Mercury 2 wire but there are 3 wires running between the furnace and thermostat. The instructions say there should be a connection block on the furnace but the 2 wires go directly onto the circuit board on the Reillo BF 5 burner. I can't see where I would hook the 3rd wire to a c connection. Any ideas or thoughts ?

The red/black wires on the bottom right hand side are the thermostat wires and it is printed 'thermostat' on the board.

Furnace is an oil fired Kerr Summit with a Reillo BF 5 burner.

it appears that your furnace does not come AC ready.as far as I know all newer furnaces have a terminal strip on the board labelled R,W,C,Y,G for basic boards.if you have a good service guy in your town he can install a fan center for you to get all the terminals you need.

I found this wiring diagram on another thread. I will see if I can make that work.

Where do you buy relays?

I do have a terminal strip beside my burner but the thermostat is connected directly to the circuit board on the burner.

I do not have any voltage across the r and c terminals.
