Can't Identify This Vise

Restored this vise with my Dad about 30 yrs ago, been using it ever sense, anybody have any idea who made it, and what vintage it's from? I suspect it's from '50s but not sure. Recovered from industrial scrap

My kid corrected me, I probably go it around 1978 or 79, and it was old then, came from scrap behind loading docks in Tampa, Wasn't hard to fix, and been a good tool for me for decades and I've abused it regularly. Anvil section is not hardened so Asian is probably correct.

I have seen lots of similar ones sold under the brand name "Buffalo". Some had the number and name cast into the vise and others had just the big number and a "Buffalo, Heavy Duty. Taiwan" decal.

The kind that will get the job done...user/abuser. Looks like its missing a pipe jaw, can't see that well. Sorta looks like Allied, but I think those are usually marked as such.

i know its a Woden from Sheffield and think maybe pre ww1, does anyone have any idea how old it could be, its in prefect working orderIMG_20211120_171358.jpg
