I' not impressed with Bend-Pak's customer service at all and their instructions are incredibly poor. My dad bought a four post lift and did the install, half of the instructions in the booklet were of a different model, the wiring diagram was wrong and when a cable got cut because they instructions did not say to run the cable a certain way to avoid a bolt that stuck into it's path they charged him for the cable. After his experience I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Instructions poor for sure. My installer never had expierence with scissor lifts before and had hard time locating instructions online (there was none in a box) and spent some time on a phone with them.

As far as support - I had no issues. Warranty repair was done without a problems and now they taking care of me even I'm out of warranty. So, I can't complain about that. Plus, I got killer deal on their Ranger toolbox.

Owners of SP-7X. What do you use to lubricate lift? I wonder about those sliders on a bottom. I used lithium grease, but it attracts dirt and makes good sandpaper. My installer said to use WD40, but I'm sceptic about that.

What I should use?
