I was poking around on their website and see they have 1/4 and 3/8 drive mid depths now

Maybe this goes without saying, but I think those sets are labeled backwards.

Are the hammers purple trusty cook hammers?

Default Re: 1/2" HF Earthquake Power?
I was debating between this Harbor Freight impact and the Aircat 1150 found a new Harbor Freight new one on eBay for $40 bucks and bought it for home use... This thing is a beast tried it on my armada truck and Toyota Camry no problem taking thier lug nuts off or anything else I throw at it with my 30 gallon compressor.. It's a monster.. Your compressor is the problem or turn the regulator up to about 105psi it should one lug nut off intermetly or get a bigger compressor..

Yeah cheap ****... Bought cheap... But Carlyle and gearwrench want as much for Asian tools as some USA made tools... I buy Asian tools for a reason... Because they are cheap and you can afford to dispose... but then if you guys can afford $20 a week you can buy truck brands... So if guys do this for a living save $20 a week on beer and buy premium...
That wire stripper crimper listed below the sockets looks just like Snap-ons.
I like the knurling feature on those metric sockets.
Go price other mid-length socket sets and get back to us...Yeah cheap ****... Bought cheap... But Carlyle and gearwrench want as much for Asian tools as some USA made tools... Prices are pretty reasonable for the sets.
If you click on a set, it takes you to NAPAOnline.

I could have sworn those were a LOT cheaper a couple days ago when I first looked. $28-32?
That's what they where last I looked
Maybe they are more expensive in Atlanta, GA? Most of the stores around here are company owned.

Any comments on them, BK? I'm pining for a set of snap on 3/8 but can't justify the cost unless I get a great deal. So it's probably between GW and Carlyle at this point.

Hopefully SK will see this![]()
