So what'll it be? lol

Clearly I've had the Channellocks a fair bit longer, but there's some really neat things about the Knipex pliers that I've recently picked up a bunch....we can have both right? This is GarageJournal after all?

Both lol. I collect pliers anyway just like every other tool lol. If between those two the Knipex grips are definitely better. And most of the Knipex lock which I love so that’s an easy choice there but I have both and use both regularly.

I use both brands, but have my go to of several brands. For Knipex, I don't think the Cobras can be beat. I also use the twin grips fairly regular. I hate the Alligators though and would rather use my old Channellock 420's. I also use the linesmans, and the 8" bolt cutters. I have Knipex long nose, 8" and 10" dykes, but don't like any of those. Channellock, I have about everything, but really only use the 460 and 480 pliers since I discovered Cobras. I also love my CL 546, 548, and 5410 pliers, but the dummies don't make them any more. I am also not afraid to use CL linesman pliers, or long nose. The CL dykes are junk right out of the package. Everday use for dykes and long nose are Klein as well as using Klein linesmans about 25% of the time, they are heavier and make a better hammer than Knipex.

I know this is boring but I really fall for channel lock 420's and the bent needle nose pliers both channel lock.
