But the carts are a great deal, just go an email the other day 60% off of a cart, any but the most expensive basically, i prefer the little 1 bay toolboxes over a cart (i enjoy using the top as a portable work bench), and will probably get one from Snap-On or Matco by the time a graduate as well as possibly a bigger box (i believe i can get anything but a 6s, though i don't know, can't log back in until september, when stuff starts back up again). But since i plan on using it every day, and i also plan on paying cash for it all, i see worth in the whole "buy it once, have it for life" concept. Now at the same time, i'm not buying any tools from them until i have a good idea of what tools i will use most often. until then i have a few boxes of HF stuff.
Another issue i've found with the whole "snap on" mentality, schools now push Snap-On tools on their students like it's a requirement, we are allowed to spend up to $9,000.00 with our discounts, and the schools try and make you buy everything on the damn truck. They're worse than the Reps.
