Mounted the rear bumper. License plate will be mounted so as to use the trailer hitch receiver which lets it tuck under the face of the bumper. License plate holder provide a third running and brake light. Truck is almost finished have one interior window trim piece to install, painted 2 passenger side pieces, and to wire the license plate holder. Driven the truck 53 miles as we try to break in the differential and engine and to sort out minor issues. Rear Bumper.jpg
Trailer hitch receiver included as the long-term thought is to build a tear drop trailer using aircraft aluminum sandwich material, actually used on commercial aircraft floors, to provide a super strong/ lite weight trailer.

Love the color combo, especially in the interior.

My brother's building a 48 on a Roadster Shop chassis. I guess it's about done, should probably go look at it someday.

I can't speak to the seller experience, but I have bought 2 vehicles from BAT - a '57 Cameo pickup and a '49 Cadillac Sedanette. I had good experience with an orderly process both times. In both cases, I used BAT shipping which seemed to be pretty seamless. I also used the BAT check out process on the Caddy, which I liked because they certified the title and final delivery before releasing funds to the seller (partial on receipt of good title, remainder on delivery).
I know auctions are always a risk and "caveat emptor" is the rule of the day, but I've had good luck (knock on wood) with both BAT and the 2 cars I have bought at Barrett-Jackson.
Good luck with your sale!
