My guess is that's a Cincinnati MH2 Dial type with an independent over arm.
I wish I was closer. I'd buy it as a younger brother to my Cincinnati "drill press".

What's even funnier, with no quill, drilling holes would be one of the worst uses for that mill, cranking the knee up and down would get old quick.

Agreed, but it does have a power feed on the knee, which helps.

$750 is a pretty good price.

Using mine for drilling large holes in steel (>1"), I don't have the skills or guts to throw it in auto except to locate the bit to the steel.
