My guess is that's a Cincinnati MH2 Dial type with an independent over arm.
I wish I was closer. I'd buy it as a younger brother to my Cincinnati "drill press".

I just recently bought a small Cincinnati lathe. Took me and my BIL 3 hrs to get it off the trailer... and it was on wheels, LOL...

What's even funnier, with no quill, drilling holes would be one of the worst uses for that mill, cranking the knee up and down would get old quick.

Agreed, but it does have a power feed on the knee, which helps.

$750 is a pretty good price.
