There exists JUST such a product for the Hazmat industry. Commonly called a "Drum Thief" or "Sampling Thief".
Available in glass or plastic. Used to get them thru Grainger, but my Hazmat fun was 25+ years ago.
Be very careful with old drums, as the "used oil" may be contaminated with PCBs or Dioxin. Or worse. Maybe not oil at all...
Proper PPE, such as Gloves, safety goggles AND a face shield, etc... Do not work alone. Do not STIR with the sampling tube.
Use extreme caution when opening. Do NOT hammer, rock or shake the drums. Crusty residues in threads/vents may be explosive. Pressure in the drums/ANY sign of bulging means "Walk away and call the pros"

Dont think I said they were "sketchy" They are all drums filled within I'd guess the last ~5 years. A few came with my property the others from a diesel shop.

Mostly concerned that there may be water or antifreeze.

I'm going to either pump them or tip them on the forktines and drain into totes.

Using it in a waste oil boiler im.setting up.

Need a ~3ft long clear pipe to use as a dip tube in 55 gal drums to check contents. 1/2" I'd, or even smaller probably fine.

Ideas? Ideally Amazon or other free shipping places.

MMM. Sounds sketchy, based on your original post. Unless you have some pretty clear provenance on waste drums, smart move is treating it as I.D.L.H. (Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health). Advising you to do otherwise with no additional information would be negligent.
Abandoned, unidentified waste drums are a chronic problem on old factories and commercial properties.
You do not want to burn waste oil with contaminants such as chlorinated solvents, antifreeze, etc. Some will create poisons, others will foul your burners.

Smidge out there but if you've got a decent part supplier nearby that does water cooling bits they'll probably have 3ft lengths of clear hard tubing
