So a few months ago I bought a SLF80 brand new. My co-worker seen it and decided to buy one too. He bought one with a locking head. I never used or really looked at his ratchet up close though. Today I was walking past his box and seen his ratchet on top of his box.
On the head it said Snap-On USA. Right away I was cheesed because I thought none of the Dual 80s had USA stamped on them. So I grabbed it and started examining it. Upon closer inspection I discovered that it is a SX936 (IIRC).
So I go over to my not so tool educated co-worker and explain to him that he bought a 36 tooth ratchet, not a Dual 80. I'm not sure if he doesn't know the difference or what, but he was stunned. Now he wants to refund or exchange his ratchet (which he has used for a over a month now) for a Dual 80. That is what he thought he was purchasing when he got it.
I'm wondering if the SO guy will do this for him.

If I had looked at the ratchet when he bought it I would of told him then.
