Collins Quality Tool belt & Disk Sander

I recently acquired a well used but very solid Collins Quality Tool 4 " belt sander w 6 " disk sander attachment (bench mount) Model # TG15001/BD-46D, ser # 119026. I am not familiar with this company/manufacturer and apparently neither is the internet. I am seeking to find an operator and parts manual to order replacement parts as required and fine tuning adjustments. I have seen other posts that seem to have similar issues with tracking down support for Collins workshop tools. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing it's an import model branded as Collins. Probably nothing too fancy, and hopefully didn't cost much.
