I saw this for sale locally, I don’t have the model number but do the pressure ratings listed on the unit seem strong for the size of this compressor?

60 gallon - 3.5 hp - 135 PSI - 13.3 @ 90

Overated?

My thought is it is a 2 parallel cylinder instead of the 2-compounded/2-stage cylinder that could reach 175psi.

A single or two parallel should be able to hit 90psi no sweat.

The only rating that is subjective is hp.
Psi & cfm are not.

Cfm is the most important, & those numbers are pretty good for a single stage compressor.

Seems legit. 4cfm per hp, roughly. 135psi is certainly not outrageous for a single stage compressor. A single stage compressor moves more air than a 2 stage at moderate pressure.

I have been reviewing compressor as I need to upgrade. here's some of my learnings

What is difference between SCFM and CFM?
In the simplest terms, here's how you can picture the difference between SCFM and CFM. ... CFM is Cubic Feet per Minute, while SCFM is Standard Cubic Feet per Minute. 2. SCFM is the volumetric flow rate against a standard, whereas there's no standard for CFM.Apr 8, 2010
