I recently have purchased a storage condo that I am turning into my garage/man cave. The floor is about 2 years old and I want to cover it with some type of clear coat. The floor has never really been used before,it's like the day it was poured . I really don't think it's gonna need a lot of prep . I want something that will last and give a nice shine"wet look".
