Hello - after searching a bit I did not see anything exactly on point with my set up
I am taking over a 30x30 section of an old warehouse
Floor is from the 1970's...concrete
I don't have much other background information on it
The floor has cracks, uneveness and some pitting
My goal is to end up with a level smooth finish that will be enclosed and act as the floor of a new garage build
My thoughts at the moment are: power wash/clean, re-surface with sakrete/quickrete type poduct and once that is done, put some kind of epoxy down
Questions: is there a product that will achieve the resurface and final surface finish all in one? - are there downsides to the approach I outlined? - I have never done this so please treat me as a novice and I welcome all suggestions
Thanks!!
