The concrete will reach 15% of its 3000+ psi compressive strength in 24 hours. (So, 450 psi.) The pressure your car will put on the concrete will be around 30-40 psi.
That being said, at 450 psi, the concrete will be weak against dynamic loads. So, if you want to treat it kindly you can:
- Drive
slowly over it for the first week (until it gets to 50% strength)
- Don't slam on the brakes or anything like that on the new concrete
- Avoid heavy vehicles and machinery
- No kids on pogo sticks
(The above article and many others will recommend waiting 7 days until the 50% strength point, but I don't think that intends for things like entire driveways. Something like a sidewalk ramp should be fine if you are careful.)
