Hey gang,
Though my 26x30 garage build isn't done yet, I've occupyed and used it since the OHDs were installed this past fall. The garage is seeing it's first Maine cold snap and I'm seeing quite a lot of condensation on the windows each morning.
Source of moisture is primarilly snow melt off cars.
I guess the good news is that it's condensation and not frost. So the ambient temps are still above freezing. But I'm concerned about rust on tools I keep out there.
What's the best way to deal with this kind of moisture??

Pertinent construction details:
- Full frost wall foundation with 6 mil poly under the slab
- Ceiling is insulated and 70% covered with 5/8 sheet-rocked. Walls are 75% insulated with no rock on them yet. Insulation is kraft faced R-22 fiberglass.
- Heat source is a 60K BTU HotDawg, which I only run when I'm working out there (evenings and weekends).
- I did not put plastic vapor barrier in the ceiling... as the insulation is stapled up flat and tight to the bottom truss cord.
- Four double paned Anderson windows and single pane transom windows above OHDs.
