
Heat gun and moving it around can make it plenty flexible without burning anything.Except for that misalignment. Are you allowed to use a flexible cover on that thing?. Not that I think it matters. I would guess that conduit is hard to bend. Last time I saw it done the guy used the exhaust on his bobcat. And even then it took a few minutes.
Conduit is very easy to bend you just need to heat it up evenly to prevent kinks. Most electricians use a hot box that's about 2-3' long and fits over the PVC like a clamshell while it warms it up.Except for that misalignment. They sell conduit repair kits that snap together over the broken section but you would need to remove that section first.
