Connecting Subpanel Ground Bars Together?

Are there guidelines on a wire (or wires) size to interconnect two ground bars in a subpanel?
I saw another older post and there were opinions both ways on whether or not it was required, but if it were done, any thoughts on wire size requirements?

If you have multiple neutral bars, they do need to be connected, but should have been from the factory. Make sure your ground bars have no connection to the neutrals in a subpanel. No jumpers, no bonding screws, no grounds on the neutral bar and no neutrals on the ground bar

There were mounting holes in the can for the ground bars so they needed to be added.
I'll check for continuity of the neutral bars and the can to see if I am missing something. There were two short ones stacked connected with a bolt through them. I assume they used two because the number of wire places for each is much less than the number of breaker slots.

Make sure you only land one neutral per hole. Grounds can have more than one, but not neutrals

Mike, there are two stacked neutral bars connected together and the main feeder neutral connected to a lug between the two.
The ground wires are now on separate ground strips on the enclosure, but I get continuity between the ground bars and the neutral bars.
I don't see a jumper.
Is that normal?
It's a Square D QOC-20M panel.
If it's not correct to have continuity can you see anything in the photo indicating a bond?

You will get continuity between the neutral and ground because they are tied together in the main panel. If it's a concern, disconnect the ground from the feeder then check for continuity. If I were to guess, I would think that the bonding screw went right through the open hole in the middle and since it's gone, you should be ok.
