So a while back while having lunch, I was talking to this guy who was eating near me. At first we started to talk about our lunch and how reasonable how the prices were, but then this gentleman introduced the topic of tools or rather creative ideas.
He mentioned how he recently bought this Klein Tools Bottle Opener (that is made 100% in USA) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00093GENU/?tag=atomicindus08-20 and how awesome this item was. I should know as I just bought this for a family member as well.
However on this Klein Tools Bottle opener, the handle reads, "Not insulated, don't use near electrical lines" and we both agreed that a CAT IV rated and naturally VDE&IEC/EN tested insulated bottle opener would be awesome, especially if made by Willi Hahn Corporation or Wera. We also agreed this should also meet other stringent safety standards as well though.
Then he mentioned that Wiha and or Wera should create a chuck-able magnetized 1000 volt rated VDE&IEC/EN tested insulated bit holder for drills. Truthfully, that sounded like a really neat idea to me as well and I agreed that would be something worth buying.
Then I mentioned the topic of Phillips precision screwdrivers, more to the point Phillips #0000. He said that Phillips #0000 is a great tool, but wouldn't this be completely awesome to create a Phillips #00000, an even smaller Phillips size.
I hastily agreed and we both had a great laugh knowing if him or I invented such a Phillips, that would be one heck of a life accomplishment.
So I figured now, why not create a thread about innovative ideas and idea's are just flat out cool.
