cooling large garage

Got a 2500 square foot garage i want to cool.Insulated with two 16 x16 foot rooms with window units.For the rest I was thinking two large window units say 25000 btu each.What's my best cheapest options.Thanks guys

Yea ill try used just didn't know if two 25k units would do the job

Might be cheaper in the long run to try and find a 4 ton take out unit from an AC company. Window units would probably do it, but really chew the power.

Whether the units will "do it" or not depends on the load.

Window AC units "window shakers" are not very efficient. You can get a modulating air-to-air mini-split that modulates output and use one outside compressor with multiple inside heads or air handlers.

If you have to use a mini-split you want it properly sized to the load as unit that is too small will not keep up and over-sized AC units will not properly de-humidify the space.

Naturally, you the main criteria for sizing any heating or cooling appliance is your local climate.
