And here's mine.
I found that I needed both 4 " and 3" PVC. and I have some tools that may work well with 2".
My PVC tubes are all mounted with 2 screws to a 3/16" x 4" flat. The hangers from the pallet racks are made with 1/8" x 1.5" flat. I have 3/16" on order because the 1/8" is a bit flimsy.
Not sure if this is going to be too much interference at the work bench. I will have to try it out for a while. It may need to go under the bench but then I will need to bend down and I loose leg room.

I would do this but we never seem to use 3" pipe at work and I'm not buying a length just for this. Good simple and cheap storage though.

That's some funny stuff. I use the same system, at home anyway. lol I only have one cordless drill at home so I just hang it on the pegboard behind my bench and I have a drill and impact driver at work which have to live in one of the tool box drawers with the air tools so they won't walk away.
When I went to use the scrap pipe I had to make some cordless drill holders, as pictured in post #1, I found it was just a bit on the small side, so made do with what materials were to be had, like so...
It works well enough, but isn't as universal as the pipe idea - each hole is sized for a particular model of drill, whereas the pipes would have taken all sizes - at least in the cordless I have. I might use some 4" pipe for the air impact wrenches, as shown ^^^^ up there, somewhere. Problem is, there's no real supply of thick-walled pipe locally, and the 4" is actually 115mm - it will do, though.
