The way I look at it, the companies that made these items paid something to SnapOn for the privilege, as I believe they're just 'licensed products.' So either it's priced higher than the same quality item elsewhere, or it's a lower quality item that's increased in "value" by slapping on the SnapOn trademark. Neither of which is a good thing. The value of the SnapOn brand should be the quality product, warranty, service, etc., not the branding nameplate.
