If you need the master cylinder rebuilt or sleeved check out White Post Restorations.

http://www.whitepost.com

I am getting a weird error on the web site. Its been 22+ years since I had a master done here but I think they are still around.

Problem seems to be that the master i have is not original to the car, i have bought rebuilds and when i got them realized that they were not matching my master, so i gathered that 2 diffrent companys didnt mess up, for close to 100 bucks i can buy an original one used off egay, but really thought that given this one i have has a part # i would be able to rebuild it. I will try calling the places mentioned above again thks.mad57.

That casting number crosses to 5 master cylinders from mid 60's Chryslers. I'm assuming its a manual cylinder. A Wagner # for the kit is F106472. 1" bore.
CARQUEST # is m1246
NAPA # is 256
Raybestos is mk256

I show the boot in my kit (CARQUEST) but not the plate that bolts to the back of the cylinder.

Hope this helps.
