I have a Dr Heater 220 volt space heater with 30 amp plug. I think it is about 20.1 amps. It is cheap and works great but is noisy. I'm concerned that someday, I may turn it on, leave and forget about it so would like a countdown timer for auto shutoff. I don't see any of spring loaded ones (like for house fans) with that amperage. I could use a relay but would still need a timer. Could I use one leg of the 220 to run a 110V wall timer to drive a relay with 110V coil? It looks like there is enough space in the enclosure to fit some more stuff in.

On the same subject. How does the temperature controller work. See attachment. I was expecting a sensor with control but there is just this control.
