Countdown Timer for 220 volt space heater?

I have a Dr Heater 220 volt space heater with 30 amp plug. I think it is about 20.1 amps. It is cheap and works great but is noisy. I'm concerned that someday, I may turn it on, leave and forget about it so would like a countdown timer for auto shutoff. I don't see any of spring loaded ones (like for house fans) with that amperage. I could use a relay but would still need a timer. Could I use one leg of the 220 to run a 110V wall timer to drive a relay with 110V coil? It looks like there is enough space in the enclosure to fit some more stuff in.

On the same subject. How does the temperature controller work. See attachment. I was expecting a sensor with control but there is just this control.

If you have wifi available in your shop, you may want to look at this recent thread that uses a wifi controlled switch for it's heater control. I have a few of these wemo switches and use them for various automation applications. This fall, one will be getting installed in my heater to perform the same task the OP used it for. You can program them for on/off times or control them remotely via the app.

I have two heaters, in two garages, like that.
In my workshop, I used a manual fused disconnect to control the heater.
In my workshop I don't worry that I will forget to turn it off.

In the other garage where others work, I used a found a 24 volt plug in power transformer from an old sprinkler timer, ordered a double pole relay from Automation Direct and a small metal enclosure.

The vintage 30 minute Intermatic timer controls the relay turning the heater on and off as needed.
