Big kick for an old thread but there's a very good review/test on youtube for these specific impacts:

Basic outcome:
The CP7732 and aircat 1055-TH are the most powerful (617ft/lbs reverse) but the M7 and astro 1822 are more compact but less powerful (480-490ft/lbs in reverse)

The earthquake composite 1/2 compact is my go to been using it for about 2 years now no problems

That's still pretty old. That Astro is the version 1, they updated it with freer flowing exhaust and should be 5-7% (?) higher now. My model has the newer exhaust and I've had it nearly a year.
