Hey everybody 
Last year I posted a thread in the "Hot Deals" section about this particular kit, and decided to shoot a review about it so everyone could see exactly how it worked. I know many of you already own this particular kit (or one of the truck brand variants). This is one of those tools that you NEED to have in the garage/shop & I use it a lot to prevent thread damage & clean up bolts/nuts for reassembly.
Unlike a standard tap & die set, the thread restore set does not cut/remove material & instead pushes the threads back into their original condition and removes foreign materials that will gum up the threads.
These are even cheaper than they used to be online @ Sears.....coming in at $50!
