Agreed, not Petersen. Based on the shape and the locations of the pins, I would say Seymour Smith, but they had pivoting jaws. Unless they made them for Sears & Roebuck (Craftsman) with these different, slightly curving jaws.They do not appear to be made by Peterson; I wonder who made them?

I have about a dozen of them. They were terrible. With a single use, the teeth in the jaws rounded over. I exchanged a few when they did that and then eventually threw all of them in my "useless tools" drawer.
Better hurry and throw them up on FleaBay with a rare description... someone will gladly over pay for them
