I have the same or similar Craftsman vise-grip clones. They do not appear to be made by Peterson; I wonder who made them?

I have about a dozen of them. They were terrible. With a single use, the teeth in the jaws rounded over. I exchanged a few when they did that and then eventually threw all of them in my "useless tools" drawer.

Better hurry and throw them up on FleaBay with a rare description... someone will gladly over pay for them

I get crazy on ebay. Sometimes i have way over payed for something, other times i have been shocked to see the value of junky stuff triple what I imaged. But for those of us interested in tools, it can be a great reference guide for photos, or descriptions. I just have to remember when I am doing research, and when i am shopping.
