I used to get flyers on Club specials but haven't seen one for several months. Sears website is terrible to navigate especially with slow internet service and I can't find any ads there either. I rejoined the club thinking that might work but nothing there either. I didn't buy a ton of stuff from the flyers but regularly bought something. Do they still send flyers or post ads somewhere?

great timing!
i just got one in the mail today. next club days are oct 4-31 so it should be online soon - but i'm sure that there is a "leaked" version somewhere on the web. to be honest, it looks like the same stuff as the last few sales.

Got the flyers till my ID protection service decided it was junk mail. Don't really miss them. When I first joined Craftsman Club, anything/everything Craftsman was 10% off during Club days. Now, it's just the stuff in the flyer. If needs be, I can check it out on line or in the store.

If you having problems with your account or not getting flyers; why not contact the club by phone? Maybe they can help!

If you don't buy anything using your CC card for 2-3 months, you automatically get removed from the mailing list. You have to call them to sign up again.

I get e-mail from CC. It asks me to sign in with my e-mail address. It then tells me the address it sent to is invalid. I give!

Look the whole system is screwed up; when I was @ Sears.... I heard all the "above" all the time, the only thing I could say was to contact the hotline.... that said, I haven't gotten a flyer in forever! Just realize that it is a business; if they see that you are not buying anything, they will spend their advertising dollars on customers that are actively purchasing their products. On the other hand; the complaints I got did not seem to follow any logic or rhyme/reason! I haven't purchased anything from Sears during the CC timeframe since I left Sears... with the economy the way it is; it wouldn't surprise me if the CC customer service/support is lower then it was.... it SUCKED for the 7 years I was @ Sears and I can only assume it has gotten worse... Caveat emptor and all that good stuff...

Yep. I was trying to look up some Torx bit sets , finally get to the page...no sizes, just says it includes the "most popular sizes". Don't know why I bother with Sears any more.
