I wanted to start this thread to keep track of the restoration on my most recent addition, a Craftsman 103.23141 Drill press I picked up. Here are the before pictures, as received.
It came with a production table:
And a tilting table:

Nifty little retractable chain gizmo for the chuck:
Little brass ID tag, has "I3" stamped on it
Quill return- fading chrome
Table lift:
Motor:
Belt cover, not secured, came detached:
Remnants of the vari-slow option: The guy I bought it from told me his dad didn't like that contraption, and threw it away

A slow speed pulley he had laying around, minus the bushing:
And here's a group shot with it's newer counterpart, that I picked up about a month ago and did a minor restoration to:
I will post pics as it progresses. I'd like to find a headband, and the rest of the varislow "contraption" at some point.
