Ordered 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" last time around and all pieces are USA even the thin profile ratchets. Very nice quality on the plating too in comparison to the all-in-one sets they run on sale all the time plus no hex key fillers. :willy_nil

Purchased the 1/4" and 3/8" sets when they were on sale late last year and everything was USA made.
Nice sets for the money.

Pretty sure that Sears said that box sets or at least these module sets are going to remain entirely USA for awhile.

Back a few months when these went on sale cheaper I did run across an imported impact set. All of the others I saw were 100% USA.

I too ordered the 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 drive modules last year at the same price. Can't really beat $200 for a nearly full set of USA made deep and standard sockets with ratchets and extensions included. Great deal in my book.

Just wishing the impact module would be as deeply discounted as well. I seem to be checking on them everyday!

Do these have the new 1 year only warranty on replacement or the full replacement lifetime warranty?

Has anyone bought the bit socket module? All made in USA?

I need something like that, but I also have my eye on the SK sets that are BOGO, but they are definitely more expensive.

For those wondering I just bought a set last sale (2 weeks ago) and the ratchets were the USA ones.

Yep I just bought the 309 PC mechanic set and all was marked USA but the wrenches were not. They were the ratchet wrenches. On sale for 199

These are nice sets for the money. Too bad the 1/4" set I ordered came with a broken ratchet that looked like it had been dragged behind the UPS truck plus the 3/8" module took over two months to ship.

try this code SEARSTOOLS it has been taking off

$100 and over = $15
$200 and over = $35
$300 and over = $60

It is hit or miss as usual with SEARS! Not good for storage purchases.

all three together come up to 199.97. Anyone know of anything super cheap or any other good small deals to add in to get it over $200. The searstools promo code works for me and would be better than three different orders using valpak5

I just got in on all 3 with tax 181.05 with those utility blades, thanks Tube_guy. Plus, I went in through shopDiscover and got anther 5% cash back! That should give me another $9.00 back!

Thanks OP...thanks a lot! I SO didn't "need" these! LMAO

OH...and they're ready for pickup already!

I didn't have a sears near me that had these available for pickup, but Kmart.com has the same price on the modules and you can get them shipped from kmart.

I also got $10 in points for spending $50. I had to go into the SYWR site, log in, and add the coupon to my account (before going to kmart.com and adding the item to my cart), then it automatically came up in my shopping cart. YMMV.

All three of my modules (one of each) finally were ready for pickup so I dropped by today after work.

1/4" Module - Made in USA!!!!

3/8" Module - Made in USA!!!!

1/2" Module - NOT Made in USA :-(

Guess I'll call around tomorrow and see if any other stores have the 1/2" Module Made in USA and in stock so I can exchange these...

I got that too but then added to cart again and it went. Actually I was screwing around and I ended up adding it like 4 times because, at first it said "temporarily out of stock" then, I hit again and it went....then, I remembered the the whole discover 5% thing and went in that way and did it again and it said "out of stock" again so, I added to cart again and it went. Must be some strange thing with that SKU... try it again

12 pt sockets will, indeed, work on 6 pt bolt heads. Not sure I've ever seen a 12 pt bolt head though.
