Mine just arrived today,,,total was $25 with free shipping,,,,All USA made even...Thanks :willy_nil

just got my set in today as well, looking through it and i found that my 1inch socket dosent have a single mark anywhere on it, no craftsman name, or size, everything else is stamped craftsman industrial with the size and usa made, I'm wondering if it got swapped out somewhere along the line

I got mine today.....looking good.

Anyone know if they make the set in MM and if they are going on sale? I surely would like to get the same set in Metric.

Call the number on the packing list that came in the kit. Mine came without the breaker bar and the 1 inch deep well had a scar on it. They received both pieces in the mail within a week.

Yes, call the 800 number on the packing slip. I've had a couple problems with these Craftsman Industrial closeouts from Sears online and the Sears Outlet. Just tell them what the problem is, and what piece it is, and they will mail you a replacement piece right away. No problems.

well i called them up they gave me some excuss of their computers not working so they could not look up my order, went back and forth for about 1/2 finally gave up. If the socket ever breaks pretty sure I will be buying a new one, but figured for the price I paid for the set I cant complain about having to spend an extra 10 bucks if the socket breaks

Got mine today, everything is stamped. Casting is pretty rough on the ratchet and has some sharp edges. One of the sockets has a chip in the chrome too. But for the price I can't complain.

Did you call the number on the tool inventory slip? It should have been in the case with the tools. That'll be apex tool's number and they'll get everything taken care of.
Don't call the number on the shipping slip.

Don't call Sears. Call the 800 number on the packing slip. All you have to give Apex is the part number on that piece of paper. Has nothing to do with looking up an order on a computer. Apex probably wouldn't even have access to your Sears order anyway.
