I doubt Sears will source Craftsman from SBD. Why would SBD want people going to a place that has their stuff mixed in with junk from India, all branded Craftsman? It is bad enough having two product lines sharing the same name. Sears can't pay their bills and a lot of suppliers have cut them off. SBD and the rest of the business world know that Sears will be gone in the next couple of years.They have shuttered hundreds of stores and have not turned a profit in years. Their stock is at 2 bucks and change. HD by comparison is around $180 a share.

Lowes is carrying a couple of sets that are the same as what's sold in Sears stores. So it is possible. And they would probably be fine with selling tools to Sears as long as they paid upfront.
