I realize this is an old post, but darn when they first started out they had a great web-site, then they went and killed it. I have seen it happen to more then one web-site; I never know just what they are thinking but sometimes it is best to leave things alone.

I bought a single Armstrong 14mm short Impact 3/8dr socket from them on Ebay. They still got a boat load more i bought #56 of 506 available / 56 sold.

They sent it out: Depart USPS Sort Facility
2013-12-02, 00:00:00, BOISE, ID 83708

I literally blinked and it arrived today (12-4). $1.50 for the socket and $2 for shipping it came in a bubble wrap bag. I'm just bummed I didn't look at their other auctions, but my wallet/bank account thinks other wise
Right now i'm just giving the big middle finger to all the tool trucks.

I mentioned this before, they know the website is an issue and are trying to resolve it.
Why, they can't put a disclaimer up is beyond me.
They do respond to emails.

If this does not work, I have another one.

I'm hoping they can get the site issues resolved soon. Cripe has always been great to me, and since I live in Idaho, the shipping is cheap and overnight for me.

My bank account has been much happier lately though...:D

Anyone know if they'll happily ship to Canada?

I've ordered from them several times - they will ship north of the 49, you just have to order through their website, not their eBay store.

I've had mixed success with getting them to adjust shipping rates to the real cost. It's too bad they don't have a button to request updated shipping total, as it can be quite a few dollars off. I find shipping a little expensive, but if you're selective on what you order you can do okay. I haven't found as many good deals there recently, but that's partly because I've already filled a lot of the holes in my sets with stuff from them.

If you can, stick with the USPS option, it might cost a few dollars more than UPS or FedEx but you'll avoid the brokerage surcharges. Best bang for your buck is if you can fill a USPS flat rate box.

I reported having website issues maybe two months ago.

I can't imagine that it's this difficult to hire an IT person to fix a website!

We are well aware how frustrating it is as we are very frustrated that our web developer has done this to our business. We are working on getting a website back up again and have been every week that it has been down.

Thanks,
BreAnn"
