We all spend a fair amount of time in our garages, working on cars, trucks, hobbies of all kinds. Some, I'm sure, have a punching bag for some kicks or a warm up ... but does anyone have a section that they use for CrossFit, or some kind of fairly intense work out?
Myself ... I have a plyo box, 1 pood (36lb) kettle bell, a pair of 50lb dummbells, squat rack, 350+ lbs of bumper plates and an old an old Olympic bar. I have a few horse mats laid out, and have in the works a lifting platform. Not really usable in it's current location, but I'm working on it ...
So does anyone else have some space set aside to break a little sweat? You have a routine or favorite move?
