Excelent execution sir. Beautiful!
Tony, what are you spraying your paint with? It’s really coming out nice.

Burritos?

$4 microfiber towels? I guess Hawaii is out of the question? LOL
BF, I will remember those painting tips, especially the hot water bath. Since sunshine is rare around these parts for 9 months of the year, I warm up my part with a heat gun.
I used to enjoy bass fishing back in the day too.

Man...you fooled us again. We're going to have to work harder to get inside your mind. Oh, wait..... that might be a bad idea. LOL!

You need to add some images and text about the lure you want it to vend. Most vending machines that you cannot see what is inside (thinking truck stops) have images and sales jargon about what you are getting.it is huge and I'm struggling on how to fill up all the space on it to make it look like it was produced that way

It is looking really good so far, it just shows of the perfectly polished aluminum!
Ed
The bass looks good; maybe add another ( or a Wallleye or a Muskie?) facing the opposite direction
on above your lower Rapala label?
Another thought would be to blow the bass up so big that only the head and mouth fills the center of the space, especially if you could have a lure in his mouth.
You’ll figure it out if you stare at it long enough…![]()

That’s what they make artists brushes and Floetrol for.
CORRECTION: Floetrol is for latex paint and Penetrol is for oil based paints.Floetrol levels it out beautifully. They make it for both oil and latex paint.

Signs and vending machine looks perfect. Great minds think alike, I just took the chicken off the grill also, Pat loved it.

I believe i fixed it for you...........seriously it does look great.Tony,
Looks great from here.
Just color sand it smooth and put some more clear on it.

We tend to be our own worse critics.
DaBarn just gets better and better with your additions. Ever since I saw your tank/shelf project I have been on the lookout for a similar tank, with no luck in my area.

Jay,
Seattle is a relatively “new” city; most of the industrial development occurred when pressure vessels were welded rather than riveted. These are much more common in the rust belt.
As always, your projects look great! When I looked at the Rapala dispenser, the first thing that came to my mind is that needs some type of made-up OSHA warning on it. Something ridiculously humorous, of course.
Warning:
Not for human consumption.
"DaBarn" is looking pretty spiffy these days. I love the tank shelf and the signs, I hope to make a few next year to go with the Sinclair theme. Keep up the good work Tony!
Tony
You have my attention. The lil party garage is filling up nicely. I love all your personal touches
