Andy has not responded to any PMs, email, etsy or paypal messages, so I escalated my issue to paypal.
I hated to do it, but I'm not waiting anymore for $39.00 worth of items. In his last repsonse to me on June 2 he said maybe a week. He also said he had over $1k worth of orders (including your stuff, stangconv) just sitting around because he doesn't even have enough money to ship.

but I gave him money to ship it.
I actually got someone else local to 3d print the piece I wanted.

I paid shipping up front too. The first time I asked where the stuff was he said he'd sent it. Then he contacted me no more than a few days later saying it came back to him because of some trouble with Customs. Then it was the "life problems". I know others here had good things to say about his stuff. I don't get it either.

I got the same thing. Said he sent it, but it never came. His post office lady was terrible Is what I was told. Then life issues and he couldn’t afford to ship it anymore. Then he was getting some money back in May so he’d ship them, but that never happened.
He just reached out to me through here asking how much I paid him, so we will see where that goes

I was on today because I received some government benefits for the first time this year and made good. I haven't had a phone or email access in what 2-3 months now. First time I've had even 40$ for a basic phone/data plan.
Yes I've had a **** year, I've refunded Stang and Tommy. It's seems only reasonable solution. I lost cell and internet for a long while because I couldn't pay those bills. I'm sorry. It's been a long custody battle, it's the bitter end and I'm still getting effed left and right.
My appologies, I screwed up, I'm first to admit it. Unfortunately it's just taken a while to resolve. If I could have sooner I would have.

Andy did refund me, so thanks for that. I was harsh on him too, but it’s hard to tell who is being truthful or making excuses.
No worries. I did the best I could. Kind of a perfect storm and left us beyond screwed. Maybe I'll try again in a few months - but I have no way to fulfill anything right now as clearly evidenced here. It wouldn't have looked good and I would have concluded the same as you guys did.
Stang - just like Tommy I'll send yours still when I have some funds. Refund just felt more appropriate for now.

I don't feel the need for you to give me product for free that you made at my request, even if it is just "sitting there". When the time comes and you get settled, I'll be happy to pay the original amount we agreed upon.

Glad to see you're back Andy. I don't think anybody wants to see a fellow member go through a rough patch with kids and a custody battle.
Hopefully, you're on track to getting things resolved and back in order. I'd hate to think of a member getting accused of being a scammer when life is getting in the way. Best thing to do when something like that happens is to figure out a way to get logged on from somewhere and a PM to Ryan. Ask him make a post for you and temp close a thread if he will so it doesn't go viral for a bad rep.
BTW, my Sharpies are still living large in their pegboard home.
