Looking for suggestions on how to finish these two 4" drains. (1 perforated foundation and 1 solid for roof drains)

At the day job we just cut the end at a 45 degree angle and grade/slope the dirt to match. I am sure the critters love them to make homes.

The ones at my house are done like I described.

Terminating them below grade into a surrounding pile of 2"-3" stone's will keep out the critters. You should have decent draining soils to absorb the water.

I have a lot of no. 2 clear left over. Just dig a swale around end of pipes, maybe line with a scrap piece of geotextile, and dump the no. 2 so maybe pipes are 6" into it and another 6 to 12 past pipe ends? I like not having to buy anything. Just dont want plant growth clogging it and requiring annual redos. Sounds good.

my sump pump drain is just open to a patch of misc gravel
I was planing on a grate to keep out animals
but the often flow of water has done that for over 10 years

They make nice flaps that go up in the tile about 3 or 4 inches to keep animals out and still let the water flow.

Here’s 3 different options from NDS. I’ve used the right 2 around my property with success. I use the middle one for drains that don’t see constant water flow.

Thanks. I looked at the right one but this is corrugated, so not sure it will fit nicely. Plus those suckers are expensive. Leading toward a pile of stone and maybe a simple grill like this:
