Finally pulled the trigger on the Fuel 3/8" impact gun and jumped into M18 last week. I replaced my drill and impact driver with M12, and picked up an M12 Hackzall, but am without a grinder, or a real sawzall.
Look at their site, and what do I see but...

M18 Fuel grinder, sawzall, circular saw, and 1/2" (and 7/16" hex and 3/4" for that matter) high torque impact. Well, guess I'm glad I hadn't picked any of the regular stuff up yet. I'm like a crackhead for the battery life of brushless.
Dammit, there goes my wallet. Again.

I think I've got about that in my M12 Fuel impact, Fuel drill, Hackzall, rotary tool, flashlight, and M18 Fuel impact, with a total of 10 batteries between the systems.
Wow.
