Oh - another question...

I thought I had read somewhere that the bearings for this spindle are a bit odd and someone had found a solution to use a heavier bearing ...?

Anyone know anything about this ??

Hello all I'm a new guy so if I'm messing up I'm sorry. I have bought a DP220 and started fixing it up. I am wondering how to figure out a date it was built, how original it is as far as configuration and what cool accessories are or were for these machines. Any and all information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That looks like a nice, complete, early example.
They do have production tables and foot feeds for that one.
Not sure what else.
