Delta DP 220 identification whatsit ?

Oh - another question...

I thought I had read somewhere that the bearings for this spindle are a bit odd and someone had found a solution to use a heavier bearing ...?

Anyone know anything about this ??

Hello all I'm a new guy so if I'm messing up I'm sorry. I have bought a DP220 and started fixing it up. I am wondering how to figure out a date it was built, how original it is as far as configuration and what cool accessories are or were for these machines. That looks like a nice, complete, early example.
They do have production tables and foot feeds for that one.
Not sure what else.
